Design of Three- and Four-Color Microarray Experiments

Design of Three- and Four-Color Microarray Experiments

Description

Three-color microarrays, compared with two-color microarrays, can increase design efficiency and power to detect differential expression without additional samples and arrays. To demonstrate the performance of three-color microarrays compared to two-color microarrays, experiments comparing gene expression between liver samples from three groups: A/J, C57BL/6J, and F1 hybrids, were performed in parallel using both two- and three-color platforms.
