In this study (Mackiewicz et al., 2007), one mouse was removed from the analysis, since the sample was 
deemed to be an outlier. Array #29 was removed (sample from cerebral cortex, 9 hour control). There was 
therefore, 5x replication in all conditions, except for cerebral cortex 9 hour control, in which there
was 4x replication.
