There are two groups of files - those referring to the three-color 
microarray experiment, and those referring to two-color microarray 
experiment; the file names  start with "ThreeColor" and "TwoColor" 
respectively.

the subfixes
*.design.txt - the experimental design file in tab-delimited format
*.data.txt - the actual data representing intensity of each spot on the 
microarray in a tab delimited format
*.flag.txt - each spots on the array are "flagged" for bad qualities in a 
tab delimited format
